The Centre for Sports Studies is conducting a research study in the new year to evaluate the physiological benefits of completing 12 weeks of fitness classes.

We are looking to recruit both male and female participants!

* Free fitness classes twice a week for 12 weeks (Feb-April 2012) (classes will be early morning @ maidstone)

* Free fitness assessment
