Medway Physical Activity Network Event

The Medway Physical Activity Network event was recently held at the Priestfield Stadium, Gillingham to promote the concept of physical activity, sport and exercise in Medway. The meeting was chaired by Scott Elliot, Public Health Project Manager, and was attended on behalf of the Centre for Sports studies by Steve Meadows and Dr Sakis Pappous. The theme of the event was physical activity opportunities for the disabled.

The University has strong links with the local community and is proud to be associated with this event. We look forward to working alongside our partners in the local community in our efforts to increase the level of physical activity, sport and exercise in Medway for the benefit of all concerned.
