Volunteering for the London 2012 Olympic Games

Are you interested in helping at the London 2012 Olympic Games?

If so there are only a few days left before applications for volunteers close (at midnight on Wednesday 27th October).

Finding opportunities to volunteer and gain experience can make a big difference to job opportunities later on. That is why we work hard to find and create chances for our students to get placements, work experience and volunteer. In the past year, Centre for Sports Studies students have been involved in a number of high profile events, including the Modern Pentathlon World Cup in Medway, the London Marathon, the International Para-cycling Championships in Kent and many more. As a consequence the CV's of several of our students - soon to be graduates - now features working with athletes at major events.
