The competition’s overarching aim is to promote the application of the Olympic ideals to the world of business, including the business of sport itself. In keeping with the ideals of fairness, excellence, participation and peace that drove Pierre de Coubertin, in the early 20th century, to revive the Olympic movement which was born in ancient Greece we invite students to examine how ethics, business and sport can interact in the 21st century.

Student teams of 2 to 4 people are encouraged to enter from any UK based university or business school. The competition will run for each of the next three academic years finishing before the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
