BASES conferenceAre you interested presenting the findings of your dissertation at a national sports conference? If you are, speak to your supervisor, as the Centre for Sports Studies will pay £50 towards the cost of your attendance at the conference.

Over the next few months there are several national conferences including the Society for Sports Therapists and the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences annual events. Both conferences currently are open for the submission of abstracts. The Centre for Sports Studies' staff and students regularly attend these conferences.

Funding is available to both undergraduate and postgraduate students who present work from the University of Kent, and is limited to up to three places per conference. You can find further information on the BASES conference here and the SST student conference here. But you will need to hurry as the conference abstract submissions both close soon.
