Mike Evans (World Pentathlon Cup) gives a talk to Sport Management students on Monday 8 March at 10am in room G3-03.
Mike Evans who is working with the organizing committee of the World Pentathlon Cup (that will take place in Medway Park) will give a talk to the Sport Management students on Monday 8 March 2010 at 10am in room G3-03.
During his talk Mike is going to offer some very important and valuable feedback of HOW IT REALLY IS to organize such a World Class Sport Event.
During the discussion the following points will be analysed:
A) How many people (paid staff) are involved in the organisation of the World Pentathlon Cup and what is their background? (Their studies or professional experience)
B) Which organisations collaborate in the event and their role (council, universities, any charities etc)
C) How many volunteers are needed for this event? In which areas there will be involved?
D) How the students of our Centre could get involved in this event.
Students from Sport Therapy and Exercise Science who are interested in the event are more than welcome to attend the seminar on Monday 8 March 2010 at 10am in room G3-03.
